campground rules

• Check out before 11 AM, check in after 3 PM for rentals.
• Check out before 12 AM, check in after 2 PM for cmaping and RV sites.
• Pets on a 6' leash. Off-leash is allowed on Nature Trails or playtime while owners are present.
• Owner must pick up feces left by pet (including on nature trails) and put in the dumpster provided.
• Dogs should be walked out of the camping area. Nature trails are recommended.
• Dogs should not be left unattended outside on campsite while owner is absent from campsite.
• Vicious breeds of dogs are not allowed.
• Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Sport vehicles/Golf Carts may be operated on streets and trails only, between 8 AM and dusk. Electric vehicles with lights may be operated anytime.
• No hunting in the park or guns permitted in lodge/clubhouse.
• Guests must register on arrival and leave the park by 10 PM or pay an extra person fee.
• No public intoxication, abusive language, use of illegal substances, vandalism or disorderly behavior allowed in campground. 
• Trash should be placed in dumpster close to park entrance.  
• Good behaving pets and service animals are allowed in the recreation center (except when food is served).
• Speed limit through-out the park - 5 MPH
• No smoking in the lodge, RV rentals or cabins.
• Management is not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, fire or theft to either person or property while on campground property.
• Wi-Fi is limited and provided at the clubhouse.
• Desert Oasis CG subscribes to Dark Skies. Please turn off porch lights once inside your RV.
• Do not charge electric vehicles without prior arrangements made with campground host. 
• No mining or removing of minerals, rocks or artifacts found on Desert Oasis property.
• No metal detecting without prior approval/permission from property owner.
• Please do not remove or destroy wildlife or plants found on property. (look, don't touch)
• No ground fires at campsites. Propane outdoor appliances only. Fire pit at Lodge available with work camper permission.

• Mail Service Fees: 
  • Guests: $12/month per site for access to a dedicated CBU slot, including key and mail notifications. 
  • Non-Guests: $15/month for access to a dedicated CBU slot, including key and mail notifications.

• Opt-Out Option: Guests and non-guests who do not wish to use the CBU service may arrange to receive mail via USPS General Delivery at a local post office (e.g., Sierra Vista or Bisbee) or a private mailbox service at their own expense. 

• Access and Security: Each user will be assigned a labeled CBU slot with a key. A refundable key deposit of $30 is required. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee. 

• Liability: Desert Oasis Campground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail once delivered to the assigned CBU slot, provided reasonable care is taken. 

• Non-Resident Mail Service: Non-residents may use the CBU service by signing a separate Mail Service Agreement and paying the $15/month fee.
